Clare Rodriguez is an accomplished project manager with a passion for workforce development, educational initiatives, and strategic integration. Her experience spans national projects focused on promoting skilled trades careers, building supplier and stakeholder relationships, and managing initiatives across the U.S. and the Indo-Pacific Region. Clare has led high-impact efforts in project and portfolio management, event coordination, and business development, consistently delivering results that support economic growth and workforce advancement.
Before joining her current role, Clare served at BlueForge Alliance, where she played a vital role in national workforce development and strategic integration efforts. She collaborated with schools and community organizations to engage the next generation of America’s workforce. Prior to that, she was a New Ventures Analyst at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station’s Office of Commercialization & Entrepreneurship, supporting innovation programs and business development of commercial ventures.
Her career began during her undergraduate years at Texas A&M University, where she was the Manager of Operations for the Texas A&M New Ventures Competition, contributing to the event’s success for four consecutive years.
