From working directly with children and adolescents as a therapist to serving in senior-level roles within community colleges, Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into supporting learners at every stage.
She has held diverse positions, including Child and Adolescent Therapist, K-12 Psychoeducational Testing Consultant, and Psychology Instructor at the collegiate level. Her leadership experience includes serving as a Department Chair, Dean, and Vice President for Academic and Student Services at the community college level—roles in which she oversaw program development, student success initiatives, and institutional effectiveness.
