Benjamin Boles is an emerging data and reporting analyst with a strong academic background in business information technology and a passion for using data to drive meaningful insights. With a diverse set of internship experiences in sales, robotics, and IT, Benjamin brings a well-rounded understanding of how data and technology intersect with various areas of business operations.
His early professional experience includes a Sales Internship at a car dealership where he explored every facet of the business—from marketing to finance. At the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, he completed two internships: one focused on coding and robotics, helping to develop a smart table and assisting with greenhouse research projects, and another centered around IT support, working with campus-wide systems and vendor coordination for events.
Now stepping into his first full-time role, Benjamin is eager to grow in the field of data analytics and apply the skills he gained during his time at Virginia Tech.
